As part of our commitment to health equity, ASTHO hosted two exceptional events this summer. First, a webinar commemorating the importance of Juneteenth and the direct lines between public health and racism. Visit past resources to learn more about this event.
Second, a virtual afternoon event focused on inspiring public health and health equity leaders to action. An impressive lineup of speakers and thought leaders welcomed attendees and discussed opportunities to redesign public health infrastructure and examine the public health financing system. Both events were designed to motivate and inspire attendees to action for the advancement of health equity.
