The Boundary Spanning Leadership (BSL) Training is designed to build leadership “capacity to establish direction, alignment, and commitment across boundaries in service of a higher vision or goal” (Ernst and Chrobot-Mason, 2010; Ernst and Yip, 2009). This capacity is vital within and across individuals, groups, teams, and organizations.
