Ignite: Your Leadership Behavior and Decision-Making
The goal of the Ignite series is to equip leaders with strategic professional skills that will improve their ability to identify and remove blind spots, improve self-awareness and decision-making, and strengthen team performance.
Session 1: Unleashing Your Unique Leadership Style | Wednesday, April 2
Leadership styles and behaviors affect how leaders interact, lead, and make decisions. In this session, participants will be able to identify and articulate their dominant "True Colors" personality type and understand how it influences their leadership style and decision-making.
Session 2: Leading with Purpose: Aligning Values, Behaviors, and Impact | Tuesday, April 22
Great leaders examine the connection between internal values and external actions. Leaders often have blind spots that influence their behaviors. In this session, participants will focus on their core values, examine how they manifest in their daily interactions and overall leadership, and learn strategies to identify alignment and misalignment.
Session 3: Strengthening Teams, Decisions, and Performance Management Skills | Wednesday, May 7
Leaders are responsible for motivating and managing strong teams to achieve organizational goals. In this session, participants will learn the connection between values, decision-making, and team management, and be introduced to a decision-making framework.
Accelerate: Your Communications Skills
The goal of the Accelerate series is to equip leaders with strategic communications skills that will improve their ability to navigate difficult conversations, improve approaches to handling conflict, and increase individual and team accountability with a four-step feedback model.
Session 1: Navigating Difficult Conversations with Ease | Wednesday, July 9
In this session, participants will explore “elephants” in the room and benefits to addressing these sensitive topics before they grow out of control. Participants will identify symptoms and sources of the issue, including exploring their natural approach to handling difficult conversations to determine if there is a better way.
Session 2: Leading Teams: Approaches to Conflict and Collaboration | Wednesday, July 23
In this session, participants will learn techniques to approach conflict to reach a win/win option and collaborate to create positive outcomes for all involved.
Session 3: Increasing Accountability, Performance, and Feedback Skills | Thursday, Aug. 14
This session gives leaders the opportunity to practice a simple yet powerful four-step feedback model that is intentional and has a positive impact. The feedback model is fact-based and highlights the impact of behaviors/performance on the team, department, and organization. It encourages everyone to take accountability for their actions and supports building collaborative solutions between leaders and employees.
Activate: Your Leadership EQ and Professionalism Skills
The goal of the Activate series is to equip leaders with the skills necessary to become a more self-aware and empathetic leader, and to emphasize the impact emotional intelligence has on organizational success.
Session 1: Unlocking and Building Emotional Intelligence Skills | Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025
In this session, participants will learn the definition of emotional intelligence, understand how emotional intelligence relates to professional and organizational success, explore the Goleman Emotional Intelligence Model, and create action planning to improve emotional intelligence.
Session 2: Improving and Enhancing Emotional Intelligence | Thursday, Sept. 25, 202
In this session, participants will learn how to develop strong people skills for workplace teams, review the fundamental concepts of emotional intelligence and how they impact successful leadership and management, and evaluate others’ social awareness.
Session 3: Applying Emotional Intelligence Strategies for Leadership Impact | Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025
In this session, participants will apply the key concepts and principles learned in the previous sessions by working through a scenario-based activity and be tasked to remedy a complex situation between a leader and their direct report.

- Gain confidence in using feedback as an accountability, development, and growth mindset tool.
