Digital badges are a modern and convenient way to showcase your skills and accomplishments online. As verified credentials, they recognize the knowledge and competencies you have gained and can be easily shared on platforms such as LinkedIn, resumes, and social media.
Participants who complete the Leadership Power Hour PLUS program are eligible to earn a digital badge. This badge recognizes the knowledge and skills developed in the following areas:
- Decision-Making
- Conflict Resolution
- Giving and Receiving Feedback
- Trust Under Pressure
- Adaptive Leadership
Requirements
To earn the Leadership Power Hour PLUS Digital Badge, participants must complete the following requirements:
- Attend all five live virtual sessions.
- Complete all five session evaluation surveys provided at the conclusion of each virtual session
- Complete a minimum of three post-session reflection activities in the ASTHO Learning Management System (LMS). While only three are required, completing all five is strongly encouraged. Links to the individual post-session workbooks will be shared at the end of each virtual session.
- Complete the following Essentials of Leadership and Management (ELM) modules in the ASTHO LMS:

Important Note
If you previously received a digital badge through an earlier Power Hour program, we encourage you to revisit the modules listed above as a refresher; however, you are not required to complete the modules again to earn this badge.
If you are new to Leadership Power Hour programming and would like to earn a digital badge, completion of all five modules listed above is required.
