Coroner-Medical Examiner Survey Question Bank This coroner/medical examiner survey question bank was developed for jurisdictions interested in surveying or assessing their coroner and/or medical examiner systems to better understand their drug overdose death investigation capacity. These questions were collected from surveys successfully implemented in five states and cover the following areas: demographics, resources, budget, toxicology, collecting and reporting data, electronic reporting systems, administration and capacity, and data sharing. The tool can be used to create or update existing surveys and is designed to be flexible.
