Monitoring Tools:

user guide and Beta test version of an interactive tool designed to provide state Medicaid programs and other public health practitioners with a user-friendly and customizable way to assess the potential economic and health impacts of increased utilization of long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) among Medicaid beneficiaries. The tool projects the estimated number of unintended pregnancies and Medicaid spending averted in the context of hypothetical scenarios where LARC utilization is increased over a specified implementation period.
