Center for Medicaid and Medicaid Innovation Grants (CMMI)
The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (the CMS Innovation Center) fosters health care transformation by finding new ways to pay for and deliver care that improve care and health while lowering costs. (CMMI)

Kaiser Permanente Grantmaking
Provides grants for community health initiatives, safety net partnerships, care and coverage for low-income people, and developing and disseminating knowledge, for work that examines social determinants of health and/or addresses the elimination of health disparities and inequities. (KP)

VAi2 Innovations Initiative (VAi2)
VAi2 is the flagship Open Government initiative for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs that creates opportunities for the Department to test new ideas from industry, VA employees, and academia.
