Peer-to-Peer Senior Deputies Exchange Program

For the past two years, ASTHO has supported a peer-to-peer exchange program for new Senior Deputies with less than 2 years of experience to conduct site visits at the state health agencies of experienced Senior Deputies with five or more years in the position. This program is designed to foster a mentoring opportunity for new Senior Deputies. Pairs will be matched based on the following criteria: specific request to partner with another state, agency structure, state size, and region.

Webinar Series

The webinar series is an opportunity for Senior Deputies to engage in interactive discussions and to share their knowledge and experiences on how to develop effective strategies that positively impact their daily responsibilities. The webinars have been archived for continued learning and the powerpoint presentations are available by request.
