June 2009 This ASTHO chart tracks state and federal legislation introduced in 2009 and provides links to government Web sites and full text of bills. National Conference of State Legislatures
Summaries of all state legislation introduced, indicates which were enacted, and provides links to state government sites. Also provides summaries of HPV vaccine legislation by state, and a collection of state meningitis vaccination laws

Provides a report on state immunization legislation, organized by adults, children, health care workers, entry requirements, exemptions, thimerosal, influenza, infectious disease reporting, and miscellaneous.
CDC State Immunization Laws Database
Summarizes state immunization laws for healthcare workers, correctional inmates/residents, hospital inpatients and developmentally disabled facility residents, including administration, assessment and reporting.
Childcare and School Immunization Requirements
Presents state and project immunization policies that were validated in March 2008. It reflects state laws, regulations, or rules that impose vaccination requirements for enrollment and attendance in childcare, kindergarten, and middle school. Also included are the reported allowable immunization exemptions for each project area.
