ASTHO and contractor Harvey Licht, with the support of HRSA, conducted a state Primary Care Office (PCO) briefing session webinar on March 28th, 2011. The webinar provided a summary of PCO experiences in state budget cuts on their operations and the steps PCOs are taking to expand the number of participants in the NHSC to implement provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
