With Congress on its President’s Day recess, the Congressional Budget Office continues to review ACA repeal and replace legislation to assess the financial impact of a new bill. Last week, HHS Secretary Tom Price met with congressional republican leaders on replacement legislation, which is expected soon. While the administration will likely weigh in on the process, Secretary Price did not offer legislation, reportedly advising members to develop their own bills.
