ASTHO is governed by a
Board of Directors that meets four times a year to deliberate on new and amended policies and proposals. Five Standing Committees provide support and guidance to the association on specific issues: Management, Government Relations, Annual Meeting Program, Finance, and Membership/Awards/ Nominations.
